IGNOU awards ICA as the Best Overseas Partner Institution 2011 for the Best Services

ICA the First Partner Institution of IGNOU in Nepal has been conferred with the “Best Overseas Partner Institution 2011 for the Best Services” by Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, India among the 67 (Sixty Seven) Overseas Partner Institutions present in 40 (Forty) countries. Gold Medal and Citation was provided to ICA on the 22nd Convocation of the University held on 2nd April 2011 at the University Headquarters, New Delhi, India. Mr.Kapil Sibal, Union Minister for Human Resource and Development, was the chief guest during the ceremony. He delivered his convocation address in a teleconference mode. Guest of Honour Prof. P.T. Manoharan, eminent scientist, former Vice-Chancellor and Raja Ramanna Fellow handed over the Gold Medal and Citation to Mr. Biswajit Mukherjee , Managing Director of ICA.
