Program Details<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The University has launched Bachelor of Arts under the Choice Based Credit System. This is broad based programme with a mix of disciplinary, interdisciplinary and skill-based courses. This programme has 24 courses totalling 132 credits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objectives<\/strong>: The Bachelors of Arts programme is a broad based programme with a mix of disciplinary, interdisciplinary and skill based courses. It has the following objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Introduce the learners to the main themes and topics of disciplines in humanities, social sciences and sciences,<\/li>
  2. Provide the learners with the information and skills necessary to understand and analyze their world,<\/li>
  3. Enable the learners to work towards ability and skill enhancement through exposure to appropriate courses.<\/li>
  4. Impart reading and writing skills through assignments and exercises of such kind at an undergraduate level.<\/li>
  5. Expose the learner to the importance of interdisciplinary.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
