Message From Chairman International Center for Academics (ICA) has grown over the years so as to effectively respond to the emerging needs and demands for education and training in Nepal. It has become one of the trend setters in the field of Alternative Mode of Education in the country. It is one of the leading and perhaps the only college in Nepal to offer academic and professional programs of international standard through distance education and online studies. Since its establishment in 1997, it has been providing educational services to the nation. In 2002 it became the first Partner Institution (PI) of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) in Nepal. It is the first college of distance education and online studies to be approved by the Ministry of Education & Sports, Government of Nepal. For the first time in Nepal, ICA offered students the opportunity to work and study at their own pace, time and place. All the degrees offered through ICA receive recognition and equivalence by Tribhuvan University and other universities of Nepal.
