Training on Communication Skills for ICA Administrative Staffs

ICA conducted Communications Skills Development training for its administrative staffs on 18th and 19th of July 2013 held at ICA premises. The training session was about dealing with communication problems faced by individual participants while interacting with learners and other enquiries. It has provided a better understanding of how to deal with people. Additionally, it imparts ideas about how to communicate through email and telephone in a proper and effective manner, adding personal touch. The overall objective of the training was also to enhance the learner support system through effective communication.
