Ms. Paridhi Acharya a Learner of IGNOU from ICA of PGDRD (Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development) Program receiving Gold Medal in the 24th Convocation of Indira Gandhi National Open University held on September 5, 2011 at University main campus, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi . Ms. Acharya received the Gold Medal form chief guest Mr. E. Ahamed, Minister of State for Ministry of External Affairs and HRD, Government of India.
