Notice Regarding re-opening of ICA from 18th September, 2020

As the Government of Nepal has relaxed the lock down partially we have decided to open our office from September 18th, 2020. Though the office will be resumed, there will be certain rules and regulations that need to be strictly followed by everyone. We request you to kindly go through the below applicable guidelines:

1. We will be limited to serve only 30 learners a day through appointments to curve the COVID-19 risks. So, we request you to take appointment through ICA App (Android users can download the app by following the link https://bit.ly/3kglpTP) or  by dialing at 01-4445540 extension- 103.
2. Learners /Visitors will be counseled in person only if it is necessary by following the social distancing measures.
3. Without mask and temperature check no visitors/learners will be allowed inside the college premises.
4. Learners and Enquirers are requested to use digital platform for counseling & support as much as possible. ( ICA App/ Skype / Messenger / Whatsapp/ Emails)
5. Cash transactions are discouraged to get rid of possible transmission. So, please use digital platform ( E-sewa, Mobile banking, Internet banking, Connect IPS) for any payments to be made.
