Dear Learner,

This is to bring into your urgent attention that the examination form for the December 2026 Term End Examination (TEE) has opened .The deadline for submission of examination form is 30th September, 2026 Without late Fee.  All learners are requested to submit the examination form by September 30,2026. Any examination form submitted after the deadline will strictly not be accepted.

 You are requested to visit the linkhttps://bit.ly/4gLFz7K  for the tentative date sheet, according to which, the examination will tentatively commence from 26th November, 2026 and conclude on 13thJanuary, 2027 (41 working days).

Learners attending from the Biratnagar Exam center have to change the Exam center code from 9602 to 9601.

Note - Please clear any pending library or account dues prior to submitting your examination form.

You can submit your examination form by Any One of the following mediums.

   1.    Physical Submission  (we strongly encourage our learners to visit ICA to submit the exam form physically).

   2.    Online Submission:  submit the examination  form through Student Login

          - Log-in to your ‘Student Login’ by following the link https://ica.edu.np/student/login

          - For first time login  :  sign in with google

          - After logging into your profile, you can download the examination form through the link https://ica.edu.np/pages/download_form

          - Fill up the form and submit ( Pdf format only ) and pay your fees through online payment options available or deposit in bank and submit the payment slip (in jpg or pdf format).

3.  You may submit the examination form through email grievance@ica.edu.np along with payment slip.

Examination FEE :

i ) For those students who are appearing for the exam from 'Exam Center 9602'  can deposit  the examination fee in the Bank account or electronically transfer payment,options provided below.   

ii) For those students who are appearing for the exam from 'Exam Center 9601', can deposit the examination fee  in theBank account or electronically transfer  payment, options provided below.   

Note: Examination form submitted without fee deposit confirmation slip will not be processed further.

June 2026 Term-End Examination result is being uploaded on IGNOU website (www.ignou.ac.in) in phase manner. In case, the result of any course(s) is not declared on or before the last date of submission of the online exam form, you are advised to fill the exam form without waiting for the complete result to avoid future consequences.

Note- If you want to submit the project report for December 2026 TEE, you must fill up the exam form for the project also
