28^th Induction Meeting for fresh learners registered with ICA for July 2019 Session in different programs of IGNOU was held at Yellow Pagoda Hotel, Jamal, Kantipath. The Chief Guest of the program was Sh.Niraj Kumar Jaiswal, Second Secretary (Education), Embassy of India. In induction meeting learners from all the programs were oriented from 10:00AM-11:30AM. Almost all the learners registered for July 2019 session attended the Induction Meeting. Induction meeting was facilitated by Mr. Amit Giri, Assistant Center Coordinator / CEO of ICA. Session included a detailed presentation on the academic programs and procedures, rules and regulation of IGNOU and ICA, modalities of Distance Learning followed by open session. In open discussion session, learners clarified their doubts and queries. The Chief guest in his remark speech highlighted on the status of IGNOU along with its accreditation and recognition related matters.  At the end the learners were encouraged to participate on a game which would provide them hands on experience related to activities of University and Study Center. Over whelming response was received from the learners. Learners were directed towards the collection of required study materials depending on its availability
