Mr. Noor Dhoj Joshi a learner of ICA and a recipient of gold medal in Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management Program at the 18th convocation of IGNOU has once again been facilitated as an ODL Achiever by Pan Commonwealth Forum. He participated at the Sixth Pan-Commonwealth Forum(PCF-6) on Open Learning which is being jointly organized by Indira Gandhi National Open University(IGNOU) and the Commonwealth of Learning(COL), Vancouver, Canada at Le Meridien, Kochi from 24-28 November, 2010.
