International Center for Academics (ICA) celebrated the 2^nd Service Award Ceremony on 3^rd November, 2023 to felicitate the staff members for their valuable contribution to the organization’s growth in the last operation year. On the basis of the annual appraisal done by the management, awards were presented under the three categories:

-          - The Employee of the Year was awarded to Mr. Yagya Bahadur Thapa- Coordinator: Grievance and Record.

-         -  ‘Goes Extra Mile’ award was presented to Mr. Manish Dhakal- Finance Manager

-         -  ‘Best Attendance’ award was presented to Ms. Bhawana Nagarkoti- Cashier

Similarly, the staff members who completed a decade of service with ICA were also recognized in the event with a certificate, a token of Appreciation and cash prize of rupees Ten Thousand. The recognized staff members for their dedicated service were:

-        -  Ms. Padma KC- Associate Director: Academics and
Mr. Manish Dhakal- Finance Manager

ICA's Managing Director Mr. Biswajit Mukherjee and the CEO Mr. Amit Giri congratulated the winners of different categories and thanked them for their continuous service excellence. ICA management also praised all the staff members for their dedication and hard work during the event. The event was adjourned followed by a cake cutting ceremony and extension of best wishes by ICA staff members.
