Ms. Paridhi Acharya a Learner of IGNOU from ICA has received Gold Medal in the 24th Convocation of Indira Gandhi National Open University held on September 5, 2011 at University main campus, Maidan Garhi, New Delhi for obtaining the first position in the PGDRD (Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development) Program. Ms. Acharya is the Eight Gold Medalist of IGNOU from ICA till date. Ms. Acharya received the Gold Medal form chief guest Shri E.Ahamed, Honorable Min. of State for HRD and External Affairs, Government of India.
