Palindrome

Palindrome derives from a Greek word called “running back again,” which refers to the back and forth nature of palindromes very well. It is a word or group of words, phrase or sequence that is the same when you read it forwards from the beginning or backward from the end. Such as madam, 1001, civic, etc.

  Types:

Characters, words, or lines

The examples of palindromic words are redivider, deified, radar, level, rotor, kayak, reviver, racecar, redder, and refer.

And the example of palindromes word “Is it crazy how saying sentences backward creates backward sentences saying how crazy it is”

 

Sentences and phrases

Palindrome also consist of a sentence or phrase like, " a cat I saw or Was it a car?", "Murder for a jar of red rum".

Punctuation, capitalization, and spaces are usually ignored. For example "Step on no pets"

Names

Some of the examples of palindromes name are Hannah, Ava, Anna, Eve, Bob and Otto, or the surnames such as Harrah, Renner, Salas, and Nenonen, etc

Numbers

A palindromic number is a number whose digits or decimal representation are the same read backward, for example, 91019, 1001.

In Speech 

In Speech palindrome, a portion of the speech is identical or roughly identical when it is reversed. It can arise in a context where the language is played with. For example in slang dialects like verlan.

 

Biological Structures:

The biological sets of genetic instructions, palindromic motifs are found. It is also believed that palindromes frequently are also found in proteins, but their role of the protein function is not known.
